YUMMY EXPERIMENT (Photo Wise)
I took pix last night of dinner on my pocket sized Nikon camera instead of my Smart Phone. I wanted to see the differences. Sorry if I'm posting too many pix.

Red Beans & Rice with Kalbasa Sausage/left over ham(lol). Mixed up a box of Corn Bread and added a dap of pure honey.. yummy.. Whipped up a simple salad. A glass of red wine and a h20 chaser..
Ate way to much to function properly motivation wise..
The Green Onions are from my planter out back. The only plant that didn't freeze.. 5 years old now. Cut off the top and they grow back like grass does.

I dedicated this post to the boys over at the American Heart Association..
Left over ham cut into bacon shaped and saute in butter.. then add 2 backyard eggs with some toast.

Passing cooking skills on to the next generation still happens. My daughter and I are teaching her oldest son to cook and he loves it. Especially baking.
