I worked hard this morning to restore my self respect. Put up a little run.

So I figure I earned....Rosemary Balsamic Bacon Sliders with smoked cheddar! As seen on Rachael Ray by my son. He loves her. This was delish. Carb coma looms.

Portioned 6.5 lbs of nacho cheese last night into 2 cups and sealed them into food saver bags.

Here was our dinner. Just beef kielbasa with some veggies and then a sweet kale salad (from a kit). Was too hungry for a plated pic.
We don't really celebrate Valentine's day, but I didn't have time today (that is why I made the lava cake yesterday).
