I was on a sourdough kick for a long time. Pancakes and pizza dough! Then I suddenly put the starter in the freezer about two months ago. And there it sits. Unloved. Unfed. In the dark. In the cold. So lonely. Only ice cubes to talk to. All by itself. Doesn’t wanna be. All by itself. ANYMORE!!!

Nice. I don't have room t store all that.

We have chest freezers. Unplugged of course.

What is food that I could only get away with if Debbi was out of town or I was at the lake by myself.

Comfort food. Not nutritional but hits the spot.

• I laugh at the stores offering those box like breakfast we have real ones

That is what this thread is all about my dear! Hand made food creations and being proud of your accomplishments while laughing in the face of Big Food Production Companies packing the Supermarket freezers with ready to eat foods when you/we/me are perfectly capable of creating something bigger, better and tastier.
Go get em Penny! Sock it to the man!

Together forever! Even after 12 hours of digestion. And cocktail-ed right into the ole septic tank to slur around until the pump truck comes 5-10 yrs later. Then taken to a field and broadcasted, together, on to green the earth and starting the process all over again.
