Yep, most people that aren't real familiar with FL think it's all sunshine, beaches and oranges. North FL gets cold and bone chilling cold at that.
Winter time the Plumbers get rich from fixing all the bursting water pipes.
Summer time the AC-Vac guys get rich from over loaded demands for Air Condition repairs.
I remembered that I had a tomato in the fridge.

Easier at the moment to scan it than to type it in.
It was total yummy successful. Didn't rise as much as I would have liked but when I perfect it, I'll share what I did differently.
This is off my note pad. I won't put it in my recipe book until it is tweaked to perfection. Never the less, was very tasty.
The homemade buttermilk is on there too.

Rub dat baby down with olive oil and sprinkle a little Cajun Blackening Season..

Making sure it is balanced pretty good, after the rub we are ready to blow the BBQ smell to the neighbor's house.
