these are cheese tators from schwans, carrots half from the garden rest from the store
and the pork loin from Costco great taste all around did not need to add

I have Good News and Good News. First,,,,, I see Connie's post,,,,,,,,,, and I just had to make some..
Second Good News,,,,, Had to go to the store to get ingredients.. I noticed that the shelves were WELL RESTOCKED.. Now I feel safe for the 17th,,
I like to do play by play for the casual readers that just visit this thread to read... Maybe it will encourage them to show their JUM,,

Not pictured were the Pinto beans, Black beans, chili beans, tomato sauce, Chili seasoning. The Pinto and Black beans (from can) I rinsed and added to make Chili...

3 pounds of ground meat. I used ground turkey today. Half went for Taco filling, and other half went into Chili.

The white stuff is sour cream...

I ate multiples of these lil Hard Shell Tacos.

Yesterday's meal - grilled chicken legs with coleslaw and veggies.
The hubs made a brisket today, but I was too hungry to wait and ate leftovers for dinner. I got a bite of brisket. It was delish! View attachment 1414921
