Dinner here and made the banana and apple muffins turned out good then tri tip steak grilled with potato wedges oven cooked steamed baby carrots

The bacon isn't crispy which you need for a blt in my opinion. It's also kinda stringy. Might be ok in something else, not suitable in this case.
