We purchase flour in bulk. A local restaurant food distributor sells to the public distressed packaged food items. I bought a 50# bag of pizza flour. It still needs the yeast added but I believe it is a special blend of seasoned flour. I have a pic deep in my phone but I'm getting ready to roll the tortillas..

I look for it in a bit.

No, no. I’d rather find mine. My mother used it forever!!!
