Water goes to boil very quickly!

So you think gas is best for canning. Like I said, if I had tanks, I’d use it.

Egg Salad
Eggs
Onion
Mayo
Tortilla
Mexican shredded cheese
Fold both sides in roll
Pasta Salad
Rotini pasta
Tri bean blend(kidney pinto black beans)-drain & rinse
Diced tomatoes
Green chilies-drain
Mild giardiniera pickled mix veg-carrot , onions,celery,garlic-drain
Broccoli and cauliflower
Light Italian dressing
Green onions
Mexican shredded cheese
Chips
Tortilla chips
Picante sauce
Sour cream
Onion
Mexican shredded cheese
A bottle of ice cold water to wash it down

Natural Gas! We heat the house and the water heater is natural gas too.

The big burner and cast iron grates make it good for canning
