Forgot to take a picture... Oops. Lol good Ole ham with lima beans and rice.

Made this stuff today:

Burgers just to have on hand. Dogs had a couple for dinner tonight.

Hotdish for hubs for breakfast this week.

Dinner was beef ribs, slaw and cold baked beans with a glass of milk.

I also have some bone broth going for the dogs. I added gizzards, hearts and livers. Will puree in the blender after I pick out the bones and skim some fat.

I'm around, just no meal photos to share. I cook so much at the restaurant, can't do it at home. That will change here in a month or so!
