I know its been a long summer & I shouldn't mess with you, but heres a clue;

Stuffed Quesadillas (night before last.) Mushroom, onion, red bells, power green mix, Anaheim peppers, cheddar & jack cheese. Black beans, sour cream, hot sauce & a little piece of grass on the side.

Cheese grits = life!!! Hahaha it's the only way I eat them. Also..... When you eat as much fish as we do, I have to buy my favorite breading by the pound.... 5.75 lbs that isView attachment 1488582

We don't catch our own fish here. The ones we got with grandchildren were obviously released... We do buy frozen filet's (tilapia, and flounder mostly) I'm going to find and buy some of that breading, and try it... ... I have an open mind as well and will try it on other foods as well. We do make breaded chicken cutlets, as well as other cutlets. Like to break ALL the rules here...
We (DW and I, but mostly DW) make our own bread crumbs occasionally. Will also add quantities of chips like Doritos, and other flavors into the mix. Never a recipe, but just what is available at the time. Makes some unique flavors...
