It is a mix of beans and seasonings. I just put in pot,,, (usually more than just one envelope) and boil away. When I do add meat,, I cook/fry in separeat pan. I then combine when all is ready..

Last minute Chili goulash last eve.

• Ground cow
• Whole tomatoes
• Tomato sauce
• Rotel peppers
• paprika
• garlic
  
• salt/pepper
• onion powder/chili powder/hot pepper
  
• 2 yellow onions
• red onion hearts
• Shredded left over chicken
• grated parm cheese
• mild chili sauce
• crushed red pepper
• topped with shredded sharp cheddar and green onion from our backyard.
• served with long grain white rice and garlic/cheezy toast points
