I dont have any pictures of my Christmas desserts but I made mousse cakes (chocolate mousse with a raspberry center on a sable cookie) and cookies. Tomorrow I am starting to work on my New Year’s Eve desserts. I’m. Being quite ambitious with this, strawberry French macarons, Mille feuille, and pat a choux somethingerothers (can’t remember the name). I;m doing a French theme, but this means that tomorrow I am making macaron shells, puff pastry and pat a choux pastry. What have i gotten myself into!

For making the chocolate bar you need a special machine called a melanger (it was my christmas present) to make it smooth. But other than that it’s just cocoa beans and sugar. I made a 70% dark chocolate bar using a cocoa bean blend from chocolate alchemy.

Hi everyone .Still need to get caught up but here's a few pics

We had leftover brunch for dinner last night. There was a salad too. I managed to make 2 chocolate chip pumpkin breads, peanut butter cookies and snickerdoodles yesterday morning before I made the mini quiche and potatoes. Mom made the cinnamon rolls.

Made peanut butter cookies with the oldest gs today. The little dude helped with snickerdoodles yesterday.

Gotta get busy on dinner, making chicken pot pie. Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!

It always makes me happy to see young kids baking (or cooking)! Glad your gs's helped you out IM! Too many kids (and adults) do not know how to make anything because they eat out all the time.

Your mom's cinnamon rolls look delicious!
