I made a cornbread casserole this morning and pork ribs went into a slow oven about 2 hours ago. We're having cottage cheese, peaches and moo juice as well.

DH is coming home tomorrow and is going to make his fabulous chili! Until then, I can get through one more night of cheese and crackers

I made raspberry mousse in chocolate cups today, I have a picture on my phone so I will post it from there but it was really good.

I couldn't do another dinner of crackers and cheese. So I baked a potato and topped it with blue cheese and bacon. It was soooo good, don't know why I didn't think to do it before!
