Your ribs look good IM, did you like them fixed that way?

Ribs were Wednesday, last night was chicken tenders that were slathered in sauce and broiled after they were baked.

They were so-so. The tenders were for the boys and needed using up so probably won't do them again that way. From scratch with a good crispy crust would be great though.

Today's late breakfast/lunch (brunch I guess)

I've never heard of hunters stew cabbage Cavey, what goes into it?
Generally Hunters stew is made with Sauerkraut, Smoked sausage, Other meat like Smoked Ham, or hambone, Mushrooms, Penny, and BC,,:hugs
Veggies, like potato, carrots. and a variety of seasonings to taste. Black pepper (mandatory:gig) The thing usually takes half day cooking.
DW likes to make it using half sauerkraut, and half fresh cabbage. This way it is less sour, and salty. Sometimes she makes it cabbage only. We like to break ALL the rules around here.
Also, we make a large batch of it and freeze portions for later use. Use a turkey pan and it is well full. Everything is baked in oven for a long time. It can be done stovetop, but needs to be stirred often to prevent burning on the bottom. One way to develop STRONG ARM MUSCLES. :gig
In oven,,,,, its set it and forget it,,,,,,, for about 4 hours:old
If interested, I can find good recipe on Allrecipes.com, and post it:)
It has all the seasoning that are suggested. We just season things to our own liking, and seasonings are slightly different.
