The neighbor went back to pick up the stuff left behind at Walmart. I really cannot understand how, but she didn’t get all four items.
Regardless, I have my cream cheese to make the chile chicken.

The chicken is in the oven. I can’t help it, I’m making enchiladas out of it. I refrained from flat out wrapping the chicken and topping though. I guess that makes it a wrap.
I precooked the chicken while waiting for the oven to preheat. It was frozen, and pan searing makes everything better.

Just made Rachel Rays Mongolian Beef. Its my favorite chinese food but the last time I ate at a chinese restaurant I got it AND food poisoning. I havent trusted anyone to make it for me. Found her little jem of a recipe and tried it out. Had to substitute anaheims for shishitos though:
