Dinner took AN HOUR to eat.
Parmesan chicken, mashed potatoes with beef gravy, and diced peaches. All things she likes. Oh, but wait! She is not cooperative today.

I have been allowing her to experiment with salt and pepper. This went fine. She liked the gravy so much, we had a battle about not drinking it from a glass. Apparently I didn’t explain that whipped cream is not for mashed potatoes.

It’s better on peaches!

She finally put some on her chicken.

Dinner. This was a new salad kit we haven't had before. I poached the chicken with a couple of bay leaves, some onion pwd and chopped garlic in water. We haven't tried the spinach pasta salad yet but I saw it in the deli when I was getting lunchmeat for igors lunches.
