For lunch we had pinto bean hummus with dried tomatoes. Also had chocolate milk made with goat milk -

Plaza Jalisco mexican in Morton Denturist did his perfect job again popped them in fit better than the original had been my gums had shrunk a bit more si it was a tad loose not this one it is so perfect

I used the leftover spicy cocktail sauce to make the bbq sauce. Turned out ok.

For dinner we had sauteed greens (fresh from the garden - swiss chard, spinach, lamb's quarter, and bok choy) with pine nuts, rice and chicken. I didn't have time to take pictures, though. It sure was yummy!
