Yes'm, I was just tagging you in your baking thread lol. Light but flavorful and not overly sweet. I'm unsure about the cinnamon in the crust, might cut that back just a wee next time. Igor will be having seconds later.

If I remember correctly, the cinnamon is optional. My Texas Sheet Cake has cinnamon in it and while DH was hesitant at first, he decided he really likes the cinnamon + chocolate combination. So it works for us!

It is optional. I'm thinking just cut back a little. I sorta only half measured some things so there may or may not be a little extra

I made pie. Whipped cream too.

The pie looks good!

For lunch had a Taco kinda thingie. Still had chili left, so used it for the filling.

For dinner, more of the same around, so I prepared the following.

Then had a change-o-heart on the salsa
Made dinner different from lunch with green salsa

These Tacos are not anything new,,,,,,,,,,, but they sure please my tastebuds
Sunday will be heading by DS's house for a fiesta. All family will be there. Not sure what he will be preparing, maybe Pizza

I’m not sure what happened, but Duckling went from wanting pizza to crescent rolls. So I have my pizza roll in the oven, and she has two big rolls. I went to make an egg wash, and she insisted on a second quail egg so she could use the egg scissors. She loved painting the bread.
