Dinner was simple we had burgers 1/2 lean burger 1/2 jimmy dean regular sausage
made a potato salad this morning

Add a cup of cheddar to your cornbread recipe, and use this pan.

I will try the "add cheddar to recipe" but the baking pan looks like it would be a pistol to clean afterwards.
Now I'm hungry for CHILI,,,,,
DD was north of the CHEDDAR CURTAIN, and stopped to purchase some fresh cheese curds, and a container of doughnuts. I will try to take some pix.

Panko breaded chicken breast, baked, and beer batter onion rings. Milk to drink.

Those onion rings look delicious!

I have 2 of those muffin stick pans and if you brush a little oil in them before you add the batter, they don't stick!

I don't use them often though...DH likes the crispness of the cornsticks but I like a softer texture.

Made some pico de gallo and guac for taycos tonight. Roasted a poblano to put in the meat...man I LOVE those things!
