Made some pico de gallo and guac for taycos tonight. Roasted a poblano to put in the meat...man I LOVE those things!

Poblanos are great! We used to grow a lot of them in our FL garden. Can you grow them there in AZ?

I'd be interested in knowing how they do for you. The ones I grew in FL could get up to shrub height with a thick, woody stalk and the peppers would get to about 6-7" long. Lots of good eating off just a few plants.

Alright made the cookies added 1 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup brown sugar think possibly they got a bit darker did hand press using cold water cookies came out nicely
