This one did too a little bit. Pepperoni is greasy! I used a beaten egg around the edges to seal it up as I rolled it.

I didn't have any black olives (which is unheard of in our house!) but used the finely chopped mushrooms and garlic as part of the inside...that really bumped up the flavor.

And what do you think about the addition of olives...better or leave them out?

Hey I will use the egg trick here when I make it later in the week always with the moo darn kid is not big fan of sausage but loved the meatballs I made

Looks delicious Penny. I bought sausage to mix with beef for the next batch of meatballs I make since you've said you guys like them that way. I've never made them that way before.
