Occasionally when we have a tribal gathering, and have chips and crackers as snakies, I have made a cheese/bean dip. There is probably one on the market ready made, but this is my own invention
Preparation time varies on how fast your can opener works
I take equal quantities, but that can vary;
Nacho Cheese like this one.

Heat up the beans in micro until easy to mix paste, and add cheese and mix.
concoction looks somewhat like this but a tad more blond

Above pix is only of refried beans,,,,,, But it is already making me hungry
