Looks amazing! I made chicken potpie over the weekend and used a store bought crust, which was okay. Next time I think I want to try something different...maybe biscuits or something a little heavier with no bottom crust. Any ideas?

We like to take the pot pie filling and top it with mashed potatoes (no crust). It's similar to a shepards pie but I use chicken or turkey to replace the beef part.

Reading this just reminded me of something I have not done for maybe 15 years or more
Biscuits on bottom, and pizza ingredients on top. Have done this with our Scouts where each individual made an individual pizza topped with their choice of toppings, and baked in an oven during our meetings.
