I think the sauce is going to be a staple here. Alfredo is too plain, tomato too... well, tomatoey! This stuff is good for tortellini (Alfredo and tortellini don’t compliment each other) and smearing on ... everything.

doing new Mexican diner in town spent the day in Chehalis seems to take the day till we can get home close to 35 to 40 mile trip one way
