I made meatballs. I was going to can them because it’s sooo much easier not having to defrost them, but it is faster to freeze them.

I swore I added a very healthy dose of hot sauce to my burger, but it was mild enough to let the dog eat the meatball I tried. Good since I cannot eat anything (I kinda sorta think I have food poisoning), bad because I obviously didn’t add enough heat.

Those look delicious.

That's not good to have food poisoning right before Thanksgiving Hope you feel better soon

I think I’m going to be okay by tomorrow. I am only a little nervous about getting down the hall in time now.

That really doesn't sound like fun. Whenever I'm sick I have dogs that get in my way or I trip on something.

Sometimes I just sleep in the bathroom

My bedroom is right across the hall, but there’s a bed right outside the bathroom door.
The dog is thankfully not in the habit of being underfoot.

The meat balls look good BC! You can spice them up when you decide to use them.

They look good to me. You can always add heat to them when you reheat them. Not inside, but on them.

Have a turkey roast bought at Costco think I will grind it cook it for the dogs
here grind it cook it garlic some parsley brown rice or not dole it out cook as needed
