Do the pickers get nice veggies for you? I'd be afraid of getting bruised and old veggies that way.

They always get the best looking ones. Plus if you get substitutions, you always get something bigger and better...

Last time we did this I ordered sliced cheddar cheese in the dairy section for everyone's burgers and they gave us a package that lasted almost a whole month I also ordered mouthwash and I got the smaller size, it was out of stock so they gave us the larger size a month later and we still have it! It's huge.

they don't charge you either if they have to do a substitution and it cost more, they just change it to the cheaper price! It's an amazing service.

I have a $10 off coupon that I use every time I go and it basically takes off the taxes because that's usually $11 or something.

This time they substituted our tortilla shells, kidney beans, and our liquid smoke.

The tortilla shells instead of giving us store brand, they are giving us Ortega brand.

The kidney beans instead of light red kidney beans they are giving us dark red kidney beans.

The liquid smoke instead of the mesquite flavor they are giving us hickory flavor.

They show you on the app what they substituted before you pick it up and you can also uncheck what you don't want to be substituted.

Sometimes if I get something vegan specific like vegan cheese or vegan meat, I uncheck it so that they cannot substitute it. If it's out of stock they will just refund your money.

Since I was in the semi with my husband for so long, I saw Walmarts across the entire country. We both agree that our Walmart is the worst. An example is that at one time, there was not a single solitary type of mustard except for two jars of Grey Poupon. If you think of all of the kinds of mustard, you know that that is very sad.
Their fruits and vegetables are usually spoiled in store. I would complain about the milk being past the expiration in store, but just last week I went to another store, and also found spoiled milk there.

Substituted items are usually always better, it's actually mission tortillas.

I think sometime with reviews some people don't want their stuff substituted and don't read the fine print before they hit the purchase button.

I like the substitutions because they'll never give you anything worse.

If you want something specific you can uncheck it so that they cannot substitute it at all. Say you're buying dog food and you don't want to switch your dog's food, you can uncheck it so no substitutions can be made on it.

I have never had an issue with our local Walmart and their food.

I think it all really depends on the store manager, if they don't care about the store and how it's run and just run it like corporate will take care of everything. Then you're going to walk into a really bad store.

Our store manager takes a lot of care in customer service, food service, and everything that really makes you want to go back.

Before I married my husband I was living with my parents and we went to this Walmart even though it was 30 minutes away from their house. just something about this specific Walmart makes me want to go back and makes me want to shop there instead of our grocery store.

our store has so much variety, I swear I have never seen a Walmart with as much variety as this one. They have so much vegan food It's not even funny.

All the health foods that they have is amazing and I'm pretty sure it's because there are so many people in my area that are health eaters.

Those tortilla shells are for... QUESADILLAS Husband made sure that those were on the list. And he checked it twice and maybe four times to make sure I put them on there.
