You can tell a man planned this meal, look at all that meat and a little veg.

It took two years, but I never stopped wanting to buy a bottle of JB Apple. I’ve been drinking a lot of LI iced teas the last two weeks, but I will probably get around to opening the JB tomorrow.

My daughter likes it in apple juice. I'm not fond of it straight but it's ok in ginger ale.

Those are so cute! Where do you buy square papers?

They are not square, they are large cupcake liners, the 2 1/5 inch size. When you put them in the square holes and fill em, they become square! I love when that happens!

No picture to show because I'm not in tune with photographing my food right now. Besides, it smelled so good I couldn't wait to try it. But, I wanted to share this recipe.

Our local IGA brought in a huge truckload of fresh meats and I bought a large package of 4 Tri Tips. I haven't made this before so I went online in search of a recipe and this is what I found.
