Let me know what you think after you do! Make sure to allow the meat to marinade in the seasonings for 3 hours. Makes a big difference I think. It was amazing. So was the sauce that was brushed on it.

broccoli fritatta.
Steam broccoli in microwave.
Mix four eggs with cheddar cheese and season salt.
Pour over broccoli in mini skillet.
Oven to cook through.
Yum!

A Japanese-style strawberry shortcake that I made a couple years back. My second attempt at the dessert -- much prettier than the first from the year before.

This is after half my breakfast was already gone. Fried eggs and hashbrowns for breakfast today.

Ether the vibes are traveling cross country, (which we are limited to now) or the eggs are talking to us,,
This is what I wolfed down about 1/2 hour ago. Hash browns on bottom. I like to break the yolk, and have it mix with the tatos

Now sitting and chillin, since it is still cold where I'm at, so nothing to do outdoors today. Enjoying some coffee.

I did a cinnamon English muffin then I cooked and egg in a egg round silicone ones the egg does not stick crack the yolk with the egg shell once half cooked toast the muffin add a slice of cheese butter the muffin add the round of egg eat I did sorry not photo I ate it
