Since I'm in Lockdown Like incubator eggs day 19 I have been eating like a Bandit May need to see Jenny Craig soon No IDEA when this Lockdown will be over.

Made a pork sirloin tonight turned out super .. pasta and cauliflower

The grain on bottom is same mix/combo as we like doing. Rice,,Quinoa,, and Buckwheat. Made in Counter-top rice cooker. Really handy appliance. Load it up, turn it on,,, and it switches to KEEP WARM when done.
Topped with some RKS that was stashed in freezer in small baggies for such days.

The wind wasn’t so bad that we couldn’t have a fire, but too strong to risk a big one.

She wasn’t a wing fan, so I had garlic Parmesan wings and pasta salad for dinner, and she ate a corn dog.
