We made a farmer’s casserole with a garlic cheese grits crust, mexican street corn and biscuits

I got spaghetti with marinara at my favorite restaurant That's 5 minutes down the road. His entire family comes from Italy so his food is amazing.

Yesterday was Cinco de Mayo and I wanted to get Mexican food so I went to the local Mexican restaurant and the curbside to go line was about a mile long. It was so long they had three sheriffs helping direct traffic.

BF loved dinner so much said I had to share it I have the time do not follow a recipe just what I think can go well there where no leftover from 3 cups of rice I cooked 1/1/2 cups tonight the rest was leftover
Dirty rice
1 1/2 c of rice cooked
2 c water
Cook till tender
add cubed meat any kind
2 c vegetable Your choice
1/8 c basil
dice an onion
1/8 c cloves
1/8 c pepper
2 diced, seeded and veined pepper (your choice) I used Serrano
2 c meat broth
