I was a country girl living in the city. I’m not even sure what made me butcher my first, but I did it from start to finish... I’m butchering 8 this weekend. No more buying grocery store chicken that’s for sure. We finally got our system going where we constantly have chickens growing so we can sell, butcher, or keep them.

This was chicken pot pie tonight turned out great no leftover .. Found I was going to have to butcher my own again not able to house 8 roos just not doing it so Bought this

Instead of soft cooking the eggs, I made a deep dish, and poured the eggs in raw. Much easier.
