I am planting Garlic in November for a harvest next summer. It will be my first time. you are in the same zone I am in, I heard its very easy to grow. I was told to plant it right after the first frost, it will root all winter and start sending up green shoots in late Winter or Early spring. I eat so much Garlic and Cumin that I figure I need to start growing both. Cumin looks like a lot of processing work but I will try.

I am going to start my kale, lettuce, cabbage, and a few others soon. I’ll take out the tomatoes because I think they’re done
