Dinner was ... I guess I’d call it a SW chicken taco. I skipped the cheese. I was out for so long, I’m kinda used to not having the taste.

Apparently, my oven didn’t need the five extra minutes this time. I think it was the recipe more than the oven though. 60-70 minutes is a big jump. I’ll know for next time.

I have discovered something. I don’t like cake anymore. This is the second or third time I’ve made a white or yellow cake, and not cared for it. So sad. Soooo sad. I will have to make a huge cinnamon roll next time.
