Interesting that you think so. I find the texture of almond milk to be similar to regular milk, we drink whole milk, but I don’t care for the sweetness and it doesn’t taste creamy to me. In a chia pudding it might be ok though and we’ve talked about trying the almond milk instead.
I get unsweetened. I don’t eat sugar really unless it’s all natural sugar

That looks good! The pudding we got from this restaurant was not as thick as what we made and the chia seeds swelled more. I don’t have a problem with it using the 2T per half cup of liquid but she does. I am trying to limit my sugar to only what I use in my coffee and then the rest from fruit.

I’ve seen it for sale here on Craigslist and other places and thought about it. We have a grocery store that sells it also but it goes quick and it’s extremely expensive. I think that’s ridiculous since it’s less work, kinda like diesel is is more expensive but it’s less refined than gasoline. Supply and demand at its finest.
