few night dinner here that was meatballs then burrito tonight was meatloaf
have a cast iron cupcake pan makes great little meatloaf

Meatloaf made with half hamburger/half Italian sausage. I think next time I’ll use more beef and less sausage. I added blushing bunny on top and I think the meatloaf itself could use some basil, garlic and onion.

Tofu scrambled “eggs”... they were amazing. I sautéed spinach and mixed it in. Added hot sauce on top too. It’s been years since I’ve had an egg!
