Had some time this eve to make some black penedesenca chicken stock & a chicken casserole.

Spa-sagna. It’s when you make all the filling for lasagna before realizing you don’t have any ricotta or cottage cheese & have to breakout the spaghetti noodles at the last second.

I couldn’t make myself do something as complicated at rolling out the crusts, so I made an easy peach pie. The crusts are sprinkled instead of laid. It was still overwhelming.
