Showgirl thread- for posting pictures and discussing breed!

Is there a big size difference in the males & females? I just have two that I thought were a pair, but they are exactly the same size. No difference in comb, but one has wattles and the other does not. They are 6 months and no crowing.

I am looking for a lav silkie or showgirl roo just in case they are girls, but no luck on that front so far.

I'll be making a list of what I'll have available to deliver there. I'm not getting a sale space, I'm going to try to get it done next week. Right now I have 1 black cockrel showgirl to sell , I'll have some pullet (I think)

OMG they are adoreable. I love that top knot!

Thank you . I'm happy with the crests(but hoping to improve on it also), but hoping to improve on the cushs. I've got a fantastic little blue silkie cockrel to put in with them, so I'm hoping next hatch is where I want them to be at.

I know what you mean, I culled all my breeds way back this year, only keeping the best. Try to always improve on them, But It gives all something to work on, which is most of the fun !! LOL !!
