Well, you could be right! I just candled the ones I set on the 2nd. That makes them 9 days old and they look like little moving jellybeans. I thought 3, now I see 4!!! ahhhh thud! Angies eggs are great! fertile as all get out! Thats after 12 day journey in the mail. I am impressed I cant wait to see yours and your moms update.

Yay! Isn't it cool?! All I remember is, ONE of the times we candled, we could see the chicks moving around in the eggs. I haven't heard from Angie, yet. I know she had a couple orders in front of us, it might be a bit of a wait. Well worth it, I think

yes, it is worth the wait. I candled the second batch and it looks great for fertility. (except the one I dropped)

It did not break but I am sure bouncing off the mesh wire of the incubator was not good for viability. I will keep you updated on the two hatches.

Has anyone heard from Angie lately I haven't seen her on here in a while I hope she doesn't think that it was her fault that the post office was so slow I've been wanting to tell her how good my eggs are doing well hopefully she will be on here again soon so she can see our posts.

Angie and I share runs to the feed store, we saw her the other day. Her phone and internet have been down. She's back and running now, and I told her to check this thread. She'll be here soon.

Hi everybody, I have being fighting a bad flu bug while at the same time my phone/internet line went out on me. I oppologize for not answering/responding to ya'll.
Shelly, just sent your eggs out today, now that the holiday's are over, hope USPS got back on track and delivers your eggs pronto.

welcome back angie just wanted you to know my eggs are doing great i have 14 that are developing and a couple that are iffy and just a few that decided they just werent ready.
