I think I guessed wrong on Princess' color. If Bernice is partridge, then I think Princess is blue. You guys will have to help us identify their colors, we're newbies

We've been totally fixated on the chicks. We have 3 that are out now. The 3rd is either a buff or splash showgirl, I'm not sure. Absolutely precious! There are afew more that have been trying to get out all day! It's agonizing
I'm not sure how many actually have pips besides the 3 with big holes. The chicks have kicked all the eggs to the sides
Yeah, we thought it was buff at first, so we named it "Toast".
Turns out, it has a gray spot on it's back. It's day 24 and no more pips. I think our humidity may have been a little low... 65% but it fluctuated a bit. The dark one that was trying to get out since yesterday morning looked stuck. The membrane was dry around it. We broke down and helped it out. Mom decided she would rather save the one she knew was alive than wait for more pips. So, I think this is the end of our hatch. We'll leave them for another day, probably.
So, our total is 4 showgirls and 1 silkie! Mom is overjoyed
