This is great day 3 into incubating my eggs and we get a big snow storm in Va and we loose power its been out for 2 hours now and the temp in the bator is steadily dropping I got blankets wrapped around bator to slow down the cooling so hopefully it will not be long before power comes back on

Danny, the hand warmers will indeed work as well as hot water bottles. I sure hope the power gets back on. You people sure got a surprise snow fall.

This winter has been such a wild ride. We've had it easy the past couple years and now it's either 50 or 15..............yuck. I have to go out soon and open the 2 small coops up. I don't think the girls are gonna like this one bit!
