What's the temps been and what are you feeding?...Sounds like an imbalance in vitamins and minerals....

Thank you for your response! We have found a vet finally! And we agree that it could be a deficiency they eat peas and corn primarily. Usually we have them on grain from Mazuri but we haven't bought it for awhile . Think thats thats the problem?

I would assume so. Balanced diet is pretty important, and it would go with 'chickens really' theory of a vitamin/mineral issue

Hetes the update ...he has an infection on his wing but possibly it could be a tumour. We have meds so hopefully this will get him better ! Thanks for your support!!
