Sick baby?

I just got 6 Easter eggers from Tractor Supply 2 days ago (4/20/22). All babies are doing well except for one. She seems lethargic and I’ve never encountered this with any of my chicks before. All of her sisters are fine. She eats and drinks, but acts really sleepy and just overall unbothered by anything at all that would normally spook a baby or cause them to move. Any idea what this could be?

Have you checked her over for any injury? Try something egg yolk water with a bit of sugar.

Yes. There’s no injuries. Her belly feels kinda swollen but her vent is clear

I'd get some Poultry Nutri-Drench and add it to their water to see if you can perk her up a bit.
