Sick chick!

I just bought a pair of BO's to add to my cochin and welsummer chicks. One of the BO's seems sick. It's eyes are nearly closed a lot of the time and it's always laying down. All the chicks are about 10 days old. Should I segregate this possibly sick chick? I don't want the rest to get anything.

I would seperate it and add electrolytes to its water. Perhaps give it a drop of PolyViSol without iron on its beak once a day. Maybe it just needs a jump start. Is it eating and drinking? Mash up some boiled egg to feed it added to its chick start to coax it to eat if its not.
