Sick chicken. Need help on diagnosis

Kilverm is levamisole, and should be effective against most worms. If she has a huge roundworm load again, I suppose they could be causing a blockage. @dawg53 has some experience with levamisole and a lot with worm advice. @azygous is very helpful with crop disorders.
 
Levamisole is a very good wormer, I've used it in my birds.

Has your hen been laying eggs? If so, were the yolks pale looking?
Does she have pale comb and wattles?
Has she lost weight or gained weight?

Drinking a lot of water can be a sign of worms just for your information. Since she's drinking a lot of water, it would be easy to add Kilverm to the water for her to drink.
Then wait two days after she drinks the treated water while observing for worms in her feces during those two days.
It's also possible you may not see worms in the feces because worms are normally absorbed as protein once they're wormed.

Then, if she continues shedding bloody looking feces, get her started on a sulfa drug right away, Sulfadimethoxine or SMZ-TMP (Septra or Bactrim.) Baycox is effective as well.
You'll be treating her for coccidiosis. There are two types of coccidia that cause bloody feces and amprolium has no effect treating them, only a sulfa drug or Toltrazuril aka Baycox.

Most of them were still laying until we had heaps of rain, it’s been so wet here. There was only one egg that had a pale yolk, and she seems fine. Actually no, her comb and wattles aren’t pale, which I’m surprised at. She’s a tiny chicken anyways, but she’s definitely been weird with her food lately. She has lost some weight. Ever since she was sick with worms, she didn’t want to eat around the other chooks. I would just chuck her in the feed barrel and let her go to town. Yeah I didn’t know that. I’ve been giving her liquid parrafin, then got some nilstat from the chemist today to treat for a yeast infection. That has seemed to help with the crop issue of ballooning. Although when I decided to put her water back in the cage she guzzled heaps and ballooned up again. Would it hurt to give her wormer again when I only just wormed them days ago? She hasn’t shed much of the bloody looking stuff. It’s mostly green or brown and really smelly. I gave her some scrambled eggs today and she devoured it. She’s started to perk up and was really active until she had the heap of water. Will the Inca Sulfa 3 work for the coccidia?
 
It would be best to reworm her in 10 to 14 days after the initial worming to eliminate worms hatched from eggs after the initial dosing. Wormers have no effect on worm eggs.

In the meantime, you can give her the sulfa 3 for no more than 5 days. It treats other bacterial issues besides coccidiosis, including enteritis. By day 3 of sulfa treatment you should see improvement in her feces, but continue through the fifth day.

Yeah I was going to. I didn’t want to give her too much. Yeah I’ve had sulfa 3 before when one of my chickens got sick and died. I put that in there water incase any of the others had caught what she had, but they were fine. Why can’t you guys get it? I’m taking her to the vet this morning. This lady breeds chickens so hopefully she can pinpoint what is going on.
