It would be best to reworm her in 10 to 14 days after the initial worming to eliminate worms hatched from eggs after the initial dosing. Wormers have no effect on worm eggs.
In the meantime, you can give her the sulfa 3 for no more than 5 days. It treats other bacterial issues besides coccidiosis, including enteritis. By day 3 of sulfa treatment you should see improvement in her feces, but continue through the fifth day.
