Okay, I think I know why... The bloody poop looked like bloody cecal poop, which they only do a couple of times per day. If it was bloody cecal poop, then the most likely cause would be cecal coccidiosis, which can be treated sometimes with Corid.

If she were mine I would treat with Corid orally and provide her with medicated water. It's so hard for me to guess without seeing all of her poop for the last 24 hours. I would probably also treat her with Safeguard de-wormer in case she has worms.

Bacterial infections, yeast infections, parasites, coccidiosis, other protozoa, all can be treated if one has access to the right medication. If you're in the US you have access to all medications needed, though most have to be ordered.

Safeguard and Corid, that's a no-brainer, just go to Tractor Supply and buy them. Do you have any human antibiotics?

The condition score chart relates to her breast bone... the central area below her crop and towards her abdomen. It is hard to tell by looking at it because of all the feathers covering it, so you are actually trying to assess it more by feel.

If she has been eating dry pellets then make sure she has plenty to drink and massage again to help them break down, but it is better to give her just soft food from now on until you can be sure her digestive tract is working properly. Having her on newspaper is not a bad idea as it makes examining her poop a lot easier.

Giving her a warm bath may pick her up. You don't want the water too high, just deep enough to soak her butt. She may panic at first at being placed in water but usually they relax once they feel the warmth. Doing it in a darkened room will help her relax. A little Dawn dish soap will help to loosed the caked on poop. A tote or washing up bowl are the ideal size. Don't leave her unattended in case she drowns and have a warm towel ready and a hair dryer to give her a warm blow dry afterwards.

I will look again, I was a little confused by the chart, on where, exactly, I was supposed to look

Thanks to everyone for your time and help. I tried to reply to everyone and I'm sorry if I missed anyone's post, I am still getting used to how the posting order works, and I get confused by it sometimes, lol.

ChickPoop3Nov2017.jpg Latest poop pic. Not good, but better...right?
(I tell you, with all the pics of my injured & sick hens and their poop, I can't imagine what someone, who didn't know me, would think if they found my phone and looked thru it, lol. (Any Sublime fans? "I don't practice Santeria..." Lol
Anyway...

I remember someone asking about her eggs...she has not laid one yet today & that is a little concerning. I'm not sure if it's because she doesn't feel comfortable with being in the cage...?
You know what!? I just remembered this! We had a chicken that has been laying soft/shell-less eggs. I was going to come here & look into it, but then it quit happening...or maybe the girls are just eating them and we don't know it's still happening? Could this possibly be part of the problem, of what's happening now?
But I have no idea if it was this chicken. It is so hard to tell them apart! Four of them I can tell the difference between now, but the other four are so similar! I tried painting one of their toenails with nail polish, as a way to differentiate, but it wore right off. Another time I made a small mark on their back w a permanent marker and that wore right off as well!
What will happen if she doesn't lay an egg today? I assume that can happen because of stress, as well as illness...will she just lay two tomorrow, or will they back up inside her & cause even more problems?

She is really doing much better today, she is up and moving around, she's talking and standing, much more alert.

That poop is *much* better, and if she keeps pooping like that, it means there is no blockage! Do you have a kitchen scale that you could weigh her on? Now would be a good time to get a baseline weight on her.

I don't know what's going on with my pc, but this is now the third time I'm trying to reply to this.:he

I do have Corid & will make some for her asap.
I will also try to get some of the dewormer and I do have some human Amoxicillin, if you think that would help? How much would I give her? They are 250mg capsules. I have 12 of them.
