Sick chicken

Hi everyone this is my first post, found this forum looking for help for my girl. She started looking a bit wobbly two days ago, yesterday she was running to her food using her wings to balance. I've separated her, noticed she's very light. She's eating and drinking but cannot stand or balance

I found some lice around her ears , have treated her for those...
Any advice?

Just want to add I'm in Australia, we've had a very hot few days so I thought maybe heatstroke, it's much cooler today though and she's no different

Welcome to BYC! What did you use to treat the lice?

I use a permethrin based spray. I'll be treating them all with pestene when I get it today.
She's still not standing up

I'm not sure , she was given to me about 6 months ago. She's be 12 months old at least
