Sick chicken

Hi my chicken is 2 years old and had a vent gleet problem for 3 months almost. Today I found her in the nesting box hunched over. She's still eating but not preening and I've sprayed her bottom with vetericyn spray but she's giving up and pretending to be okay but her comb us flopped over and idk what else to do

-Laying history, problems with shell-less eggs?
-Crop check?
-What do you feed?
-Free range?
-Any compost that may be moldy or have toxic stuff in it? Coffee grounds, avocado pits, potato peels?
-Any history of unexplained deaths in your flock?
-Any machinery leaking fluids onto the soil where the chicks roam?
-Have the chickens been wormed?
-Is the soil damp and warm and have you been getting rain? (Coccidia outbreaks occur in spring.)

She does have very soft shells this one chicken. She had a pecking injury and never fully recovered and had poo butt since, no compost around. But they have wet grass lately cause it's been so rainy, I did have one chick died 2 months ago unexpectedly just stopped eating and drinking and died, chickens are wormed but it was a while ago , she's eating more today.
