Hi, I posted a thread about my chicken and I’m so thankful for people who responded to that one. I’m hoping to reach more people. My one year old chicken is not seeing properly, keeping her one eye shut and yesterday she managed to eat lots if I keep my hand close to her eye. She can’t aim and she twists her neck to the left when eating. She finds water yesterday but today she can’t eat. I think her eyesight got worse because I know she’s so hungry but she can’t aim. If I drop something on the ground she’ll attempt to eat it but she’s just pecking the air. Her butt is a bit piopy and she laid an egg today after a few weeks I think. I dewormed her two days ago with Equimax but she has not gotten better. I’m not sure what to do because now she is not eating. She ate a few peanuts today she managed to get from my hand. And I’ve been attempting to give her vitamin e with egg yolk but once again, I get barely anything in because she won’t open her mouth. I’m at a loss and she’s only getting weaker, she wants to eat so bad but she just can’t see. I’ve tried the deep dish, I’ve tried the red dish, I’ve tried hand feeding her and it’s worked until today. Pls help.
