Now all of a sudden she isn’t panting anymore. Which makes it really hard to give her the tums. It almost looks as if she is trying to squeeze. Her tail is sticking straight up

Giving her the pill when she isn't open mouth breathing is safer. Can you grab her, open bill and insert pill?

I got most of it in her mouth. She still doesn’t want to eat or drink on her own though

Most? If she is egg bound she needs the calcium to help her contractions.

Yeah she kept kind of trying to spit out what she could. She would move her tongue and it would come out

When I do it I push the pill down the right-hand side of the mouth. If you push it past their tongue they cannot spit it out.

When she was in the bath, she had turned over on her back and I could feel a hard spot in her belly. I’m unsure if it is a part of her or an egg. It would be so helpful if vets around here took ducks! I haven’t been able to see her vent, because I am terrified that I will hurt her.

The egg is located up in the pelvic girldle. Where in her belly has this hard spot?
