Hello all,

I have a sick duck I think. It is a 8-9 week old white peking duck and it won't extend it's neck even while walking. I should add that sometimes it will extend its neck but only about half way. It has whitish diarrhea, eye discharge and can get around but struggles it looks like. When it walk it will go to my other duck and then just sits. It eats normal in the coop but when it's out it the grass it doesn't seem to peck. and it drinks less than what I believe a normal duck drinks. I just started it on probiotics yesterday. Can anyone help me out I appreciate it. Thank you. I attached photos as well.

No. I still dont know what it is. I thought bumble foot but cant find any bubble or anything on its feet. Ive been giving mine niacin, probiotics and as much food and water as shell eat. She seems better but still limps. It looks like her leg is crooked so hopefully it gets better woth the niacin.

We actually had one duck that ended up having a sprain or we think this is what it was and the vet gave her a cortisone shot...she was back to walking normal in 3 days and is perfectly fine today. She could barely walk, I thought for sure we would have to put her down.
I still give them all niacin in their food. Maybe you could separate the duck and let him/her rest for a bit. Also our vet said to give our duck as much bath time as possible so that they take the weight off their legs.

Perfect thank you! I separate them at night and then put her in a pool so she can swim for a little bit! I are your help!
